Knowing how to contact Wendy’s customer service is a big help, especially when issues arise with your order, or you want to give feedback. Wendy’s is not only focused on providing affordable and tasty meals but also dedicated to listening to their customers and taking feedback.

As such, they’ve made it easy for customers to reach them with their complaints and feedback. Whether you’re inquiring about the latest products, seeking assistance with an order, or providing feedback, Wendy’s is here to listen.

You can reach them via several channels, but their hotline is the fastest. I’ll share their hotline number and other means of reaching them.

Wendy’s Customer Service Hotline Number

I’ll share this from a personal experience. I’ve contacted Wendy’s several times to make inquiries and place orders. The fastest way I’ve reached the customer support representatives is via their hotline number. However, you can only contact them through the hotline during business hours.

You can dial (888) 624-8140 to reach Wendy’s Customer Service.

It’s a toll-free number that connects you with Wendy’s representatives, who can assist you with different issues, ranging from general inquiries to customizing your orders.

While the number is available all through the day, the best time to call them is during business hours – that’s the only time fast service is guaranteed. The service line is often functional from 8 AM to 8 PM EST. However, operation hours may vary based on location and holiday schedules.

The contact number is a plus for non-tech savvies. You can order your favorite meal from Wendy’s without going through the hassle of browsing their website or mobile app.

Once you dial the number, a representative will speak with you directly. You can place an order, file a complaint, or make inquiries. The beauty of contacting them via this channel is the immediate attention you’ll get. You won’t have to wait for minutes or hours for a response.

However, you might sometimes experience long wait times when you call. In such situations, there are other ways to reach customer support.

Alternative Ways to Contact Wendy’s Customer Support

Wendy’s hotline is not the only way to contact them. The world is evolving, and many businesses, including Wendy’s, now have multiple contact channels. Here are the alternative ways through which you can reach them:

Online Contact Form

I’m sure you’re not new to filling out online contact forms. Many online platforms use these forms to collect customer inquiries. Wendy’s online contact form is on their website. It lets you submit complaints or inquiries through the website.

The form is not complex. It is user-friendly and ideal for non-urgent matters. You won’t get a quick response as you would when you call them. However, they’ll eventually respond to your inquiry or complaint via email. They usually respond within a few business days.

I often use the contact form when I want to provide detailed information or documentation, such as receipts or photos, as part of my inquiry.

Email Support

This is my least favorite means of contacting customer support, but many still prefer it. You can send your concerns or questions to their customer service email address – customercare@wendys.com.

However, I recommend you use this channel only when you don’t need an immediate response and would rather have a written record of your conversation for future reference.

One advantage of email support is that it is helpful if you need to follow up on previous inquiries or share additional information with the support team.

Live Chat

After the hotline, this is the next fastest way to contact Wendy’s. Nonetheless, you can only contact them via live chat through the Wendy’s mobile app.

The live chat service is not always available. It can only be used from 8 AM to 12 AM EST daily. When you chat them up through this channel, you’d have to wait a few minutes to be paired with a customer agent.

Social Media Channels

I’m impressed with Wendy’s activeness on social media platforms. They are always online to engage with customers and respond to questions.

They are active on TikTok, Facebook, X, and Instagram. You can send a direct message to them on X or mention Wendy’s official account with your concern. Many customers are active on social media and prefer to use these channels to contact them.

Common Issues Resolved by Wendy’s Customer Service

Here are some of the issues Wendy’s customer service can help you resolve when you contact them:

  • Order Errors and Refunds: If you’ve experienced an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or issues with food quality, Wendy’s customer service can help address it. You can call the hotline or use any of the aforementioned contact channels to report the issue and discuss possible solutions, such as receiving a replacement or refund. I recommend you have your receipt at hand before contacting them.
  • Feedback on Service and Food Quality: Any business that ignores customer feedback will likely not last, especially in the food industry. Wendy’s values customer feedback. It helps them improve their services and menu. They are more than happy to receive your feedback on their service and food quality.
  • Lost Items and Loyalty Rewards: Wendy’s offers a rewards program through its mobile app, allowing you to earn points on purchases and redeem them for free meals. However, if you encounter issues with missing reward points or problems with redeeming offers, the support team can assist with troubleshooting. You can resolve such issues by contacting the support team.

If you have any issues not listed above, you can contact the support team, and they’ll help you resolve them.

Conclusion

No one wants to deal with an online business they can’t contact or reach when there’s an issue. Wendy’s understands this and provides its customers with various contact channels. If you have any questions, complaints, or feedback, you can call their hotline for immediate response or their other contact channels. The hotline is available 24/7, but you’re guaranteed to get quick responses from 8 AM to 8 PM EST.

  1. I placed an order at the Wendy’s on Orange Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia today, August 30, 2025. I ordered the biggie bag but asked for the hamburger to be plain with nothing on it. When I arrived at the Window, I checked, and the hamburger had bacon and cheese on it. I held the burger up and she immediately said “What do you want”? in a very hateful tone. I told her politely that the hamburger was not plain as I had ordered. She started arguing with me that it was plain and was very angry. It had cheese and bacon on it. To me that is not a plain hamburger. When I ordered I specifically Stated that I wanted it plain with nothing on it. She slammed the window on me and fixed a plain one. When she opened the window, she thru it at me and slammed the window shut. I have never been treated this way at any drive thru ever. I treated her with respect and expect the same in return. This Wendy’s has a 3 star rating and I now can see why. They have just lost a repeated customer.

  2. I remember a couple years ago I went to a Wendy’s in the the south florida sunrise location westward, I preordered a 25 dollar meal deal and was met with a “ It too early” handed a receipt and was told it was refunded , never was refunded escalated it to customer service never got a reply, till this day I will boycott Wendy’s and most fast food chains. To put it frankly you is what you is

  3. I think the store at 6001 DexterSt. ,Commerce City,Co. have forgotten what a double stack is. This is the third time I have ordered it and I have only got a small cheese burger. The label says double stack. Guess I won’t be ordering that again.

  4. I made a visit at store #00011619 on 11/19/2025. I was so disappointed in the service that I was provided. The customer care was HAUGHTY, ZEALOUS, RUDE! My food was cold when I got home with it, I couldn’t even eat it. I have followed reviews for your franchise, and it the quality averages out to 1 star. I use to love Wendy’s but I’ll pass by it and go to BK; Zaxby’s or Krystal.

  5. You advertised 1cent junior bacon cheeseburgers C today only) all over the net, no locations will honor want $2.89. How do you get away with that?

  6. I purchased a 3 piece chicken tenders yesterday and was very disappointed. I had ordered chicken tenders before the new style chicken many times and enjoyed them. Yesterday they were very dry, the only flavor was that they tasted like flour coating. They were barely warm. I will not be purchasing these again and am sorry that the product was so poor. This was at store #3153 12th Ave Road, Nampa, ID

  7. I went to Wendy’s restaurant #00011875 address 3561 S Blair stone Rd Tallahassee Florida. I went about 1:15pm for lunch. I got the new cheesy bacon cheeseburger meal. No complaint on drive through or staff seemed to go in a timely manner. I have 30 minutes for lunch and Wendy’s is close by, so I went there took maybe 7 minutes to go through the drive through get my food so was pretty fast. I get back to work and eat my meal in my vehicle, and the fries were not filled up like half the fries for a medium. Some were hot and crisp, and others were just soggy and not fresh. I get to the burger and notice there was only one piece of bacon and was some off-putting smell. The only good thing about my meal was the drink. I feel I spent $13.10 just on a drink. I did not have time to go back and ask for refund or have them remake it. Maybe $13.10 is not much money to Wendy’s but it is a whole lot to me. I have not been to Wendy’s in almost 4 years. I gave it a shot again today and I am regretting now. I should of just went to the Publix, or gates gas station or even the McDonalds that is right by Wendy’s so my suggestion to anyone reading this stay away from Wendy’s it is not like it was.

  8. We live in Pinellas Park, Florida and we have a Wendy’s next to our Walmart parking lot. There is a McDonalds in that lot that opens at 6:00 A.M. and we have a Bojangles across the street that opens at 6:00 a.m.. Our Wendys was opening at 7:00 a.m. and we were going there for breakfast but now that the time is changing to 7:30 a.m. we have no choice but to look else ware.

That saddens us but 7:00 a.m. was late enough for breakfast. We cannot understand the time change is an area where a business is needed to be open!

We understand that this decision has cost Wendys not just a few dollars but much customer satisfaction.

  10. Today 04/05/2026 (Easter Sunday) @ Approx. 10:35 am I came to the location of:
    Wendy’s
    11615 Shadow Creek Parkway
    Pearland, TX 77584
    (832) 284‑7268
Being that I live in another city, but I do travel to attend my church of 11 years. Being that I stopped off today at the Wendy’s above they stated that breakfast was over and it was lunch time. I didn’t want anything heavy on my stomach such as lunch that early but being had just taken medication I needed to put something on my stomach. So, I ordered a $ 6.00 Biggie bag that contained (a junior bacon burger, original nuggets, warm fries, and a Dr. Pepper) for the drink. Now I made it to church literally 10:57 am because church starts at

11 am. Well, as I was sitting in the sanctuary, I could enjoy myself fully because I felt nausea and as I went to the restroom it was all over Baby… from the front and back. I don’t care if anyone finds this offensive because I shouldn’t be in this situation anyway!! So, my daughter came to check on me, and I explained to her that mommy was going to leave because I was not feeling well. Well as I started to leave, I knew that I had to go work because I just could not leave my desk unattended and short staff. So approximately @ 1:23 pm I called to Wendys to speak with a manager which her name was Marielle as I was explaining to her what I was experiencing she was reassuring me that she checked everything this morning. Not saying that she hadn’t but as we were speaking some young sounding H/M got on the phone and said 1-3 words and I assume she is being the manager must have clicked that it wasn’t professional to have some get on the phone like that. I did explain to her that I will go to an urgent care, and I will follow up with her. She said she was sorry and didn’t know what to tell me and the conversation ended there. Well, my hard head self still came to work with making a stop at the Shell’s for you know what which I dreaded.. but I left there and “PRAYED” I made it to work, and I make it just in time to go back to the restroom. My co-workers were telling me to go home but where I stat am a drive! So, I have been drinking water, Powerade and a sprite. I did attempt to callback and speak with manager @5:42pm while my two of my coworkers were present but behold the H/M gentlemen (Mikel is the name he gave me I apologize if the names are spelled incorrectly) answered the phone this time, and stated she wasn’t there, I asked to speak to the manager on duty he gave me the Mgr. name from prior and I said, so she is there and I can’t speak with her. His exact words where she was busy and he couldn’t interrupt what she was doing. (WOW) so since you can’t here’s my name and number can you write it down? I read out my number, and something told me to have him to repeat, and he couldn’t repeat it because he then asked could I “give him the last 4 digits again?” Which I did state to him, sir that’s just why I asked you to repeat the number back because you were not documenting and asked for my name again and all that was in the conversation prior when he stated he couldn’t stop her from doing what she was doing. I will be probably wrong if I will just go to the ER and the get with my attorney because the way this whole thing has turned to yes me leaving work, still going back and forth to the restroom and purchased over the counter medication to assist with this situation. SO let me say this being that I am in Human resources and “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is MANDATORY in all aspects of life especially when you are dealing with the public. I as a customer was calling you to inform you of what transpired but to brush me off, handle this situation SO UNPROFESSIONALLY. I just could not see myself working with or this individual working with for because it’s a way you handle things and it’s 6:35 pm and she has yet to return my call. All I can say is your choices are your choices as well as your opinions are your opinions, but I came with facts and receipts. I just know this for a FACT they will never have to worry about my dollars being spent at this establishment ever again.
Lastly, you may want to invest in Customer Training before you find a customer that will take Wendy’s to the bank due neglect because what if something major could have set something off and it could have been a worst situation and you flat out have shown as a manger you don’t care about the people you serve in your community and surrounding areas. Just own it and be responsible, show empathy, give great customer service, and be what you were hired to be and if you don’t know look into and not just leave the customer in limbo because what’s in this trash is every bit of meat particles, lettuce, and some cheese. I have video for evidence. I apologize if you feel like I am venting but I won’t apologize for my novel because I need it to be well understood why I even came upon the website to leave such a review as this!! You have a great rest of you day and God bless you!

    Best regards,

    Diana Lindsey

    *Update*
As of 04/08/2026 @ 3:33pm I have not yet received a call back from the manager as I was told by Mikel that she was to do because he could not disturb her. I did go to the ER (HCA) in Texas City and was given 2 prescriptions and along with several items I purchased over the counter in order to assist me with getting well because in my career I cannot afford to be off work unless I really need to. For Wendy’s not to show any type of empathy towards customers that spend their hard-earned dollars and then be so nonchalant was called to informed them so no one else will have to endure what I experienced was a slap in the face. Thanks for distributing such poor customer service values to the public. As I was looking at the reviews you may want to pay that facility a visit before the Health Department does because I was reading and it doesn’t sit right with me and let alone anyone else who wants to read the reviews dating back to August 2022. I thank you for taking the time to read my email and pray that changes will be made at this one Wendy’s in Pearland, Texas please.
