We went to Whataburger #195 located at 1212 S. Main St., Weatherford, Texas. We went to the drive through about 10:25 Sunday, July 20 for a quick breakfast. We both ordered the # 21 with sausage on both sandwiches and sweet tea for one drink and Dr. Pepper with easy ice for the other drink.
We got our order and proceeded to Home Depot. We decided to eat in the Home Depot’s parking lot as we had business there. As we were getting the food out, my wife discovered that there was only one sandwich in the sack. The person who gave us our order looked into the sack and handed it to us. My main complaint is how does a person put two of the hash browns in the sack and only one sandwich. Also, the person who gave us our order couldn’t figure out the there was only one sandwich to go with the two orders of hash browns and two drinks. There seems to be a breakdown of training somewhere.
We very rarely use this particular Whataburger, and now we have another reason not to to use again. We usually use Whataburger store #752 located in Azle, Texas. This store is a little better, but there is a problem with the cost of a Senior drink. Some times it’s free and other times it is $1.59. I have never been able to resolve this problem. We usually get the whole package, sandwich, fries, and drink, sometimes we just want a sandwich and drink. That’s when we order a Senior drink. I think that this is also a lack of training in the store.

I picked up an order today (August 2,2025) and the pickup had the incorrect drink. It was suppose to be a Fuse Rasberry drink but they gave me a coke zero. It was frustrating!
I go to Whataburger restaurant #902 @ 3620 IH 40 East Amarillo TX 79103. I order @ 7:50am the meal #20 bacon & cheese taquito meal and one just taquito bacon & cheese. But the employee there miss some hash brown in my meal.

Your information technology is a disaster. I have a slow email server. By the time you email me a code it has expired. How do competent IT departments get around that? Text it to the phone number of record on the account. But y’all don’t do that. And I WAS NOT logging into a new device. So, they must also be expiring devices.
Why don’t you just send me an email saying, “Don’t bother ever trying to order from us?” It must be that. No IT department is THAT stupid.
We went to the new Whataburger at Fisher Marketplace Lane – Sharpsburg, Ga. My wife and I both got Whataburger. Both had no taste and the meat was paper thin. We were extremely disappointed. We will wait about two weeks and go back and hope it is a lot better. I like Whataburger, but this one was not good at all. If it isn’t any better we won’t come back. I got food poisoning from Whataburger located at 4817 Waterview Town Center Dr., Richmond, Texas 77407 from Order number 552301 on Dec 15, 2025. The food was eaten Dec 15 at 7PM. The 2 burgers and chocolate milk shake tasted good as usual, but I have been sick Dec 15 from 11PM and through Dec 16th until 9PM. I am starting to feel better at present.
my 14 year old grandson and i went to restaurant #1234 in natchitoches, la on 6 january 2026. we placed our order with an employee who could have cared less. we ordered a double meat burger plain …no pickles, tomatoes, etc. and add bar be que sauce and a plain whataburger, which was labeled plain dry. When we got the order the double meat that was supposed to be plain was loaded with everything we didn’t want. i went to the counter to ask about the error. the same employee took the receipt from me, looked at it, and THREW it back at me. the manager, who was not to helpful either, said it was ” rang up wrong.” the order was corrected…no apologies, no nothing. I bring my grandson every two weeks to the Shriners Hospital in shreveport,la and we stop at whataburger every time. well, wednesday, 6 january was the last time we stop. it’s a damn shame cause he loves the burgers.
I went to Whataburger on Union Cross Rd today, 2/13/2026 arriving at 7:00 pm. I placed my order and parked where directed, the front of the line. I waited 35 minutes for my food, which never came. I went inside and asked about my food and I was told they were busy. In fairness there were around 15 cars waiting for food, and around 5-6 people inside; but after 35 minutes, and me in the FRONT of the line, that was not true just an idle excuse. I was so irritated I left without my food, 2 hamburgers, 3 chicken strip pieces and onion rings. I went next door to McDonalds and was served and on the road in 5 minutes. So in the end it just cost me $40 dollars for 2 hamburgers and some chicken since I had to pay at 2 restaurants. I had heard a lot of good things about Whataburger but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I don’t know the issue, but like all issues like this it starts with poor management. I am really surprised and extremely dissapointed.
