The Primary Phone Number for Corporate Inquiries

The main phone number of Jack in the Box corporate office is (858) 522-4716. You can call that number every day of the week.

When you call, you’ll usually go through an automated system first. Wait a few minutes. They will route you to someone you can speak with.

It’s a customer service line, so you should have reasons for calling. Make sure you are prepared before they pick up. Do you want to make complaints about a store? Find and keep relevant information like the store location, purchase receipt, and other vital details.

Their head office is in San Diego, California. It’s important to know that because of time zones, when calling.

Not every issue needs a corporate-level call, but there are a few specific things they’re definitely set up to handle.

Here’s a quick look at the types of inquiries that make sense for corporate:

  • Franchise Opportunities:

Interested in owning a Jack in the Box? Corporate handles franchise requests and new partner discussions.

  • Major Customer Service Issues:

If a problem wasn’t resolved at the restaurant level, corporate can help take the next steps.

Customer Service and Support Line

The phone I shared earlier is for Jack in the Box corporate office. They have regular customer service numbers you can call for common issues.

You can call (858) 522-4716. Their customer service team will pick up. You can talk to them about common issues you’re having with their services.

They are always open to suggestions and would listen to your concerns. They will pass all your complaints and feedback to local management. If it’s something that they can help you fix on the spot, they will do that immediately. They will push it up to the corporate office if they can’t fix it for you.

I’ve called them a few times. I can tell you they are friendly and helpful. The few I’ve spoken with genuinely wanted to help me resolve my complaint.

Issues You Can Resolve with the Customer Service Line

You don’t always need to escalate your concerns to the top. Jack in the Box’s customer service team is pretty good at helping with a range of everyday problems like:

  • Food Menu Questions:

Confused about an item, ingredients, or limited-time specials? They can explain it.

  • Food Quality Issues:

No restaurant is 100% perfect with their food. You might not be satisfied with the quality of the food and want them to improve on it. You can call and relate this issue to them.

  • Service Complaints:

You can call and inform them about your dissatisfaction with their services. Tired of the long queues and incorrect orders? You can call to complain.

  • Store Services:

Questions about drive-thru hours, mobile app issues, or online orders often get solved here.

  • Location Inquiries:

Need to find the nearest Jack in the Box or check a store’s holiday hours? They’ve got you covered.

Think of the customer service line as the first stop. They’ll save you time and effort if your problem can be handled quickly without going up the chain.

Visiting Jack in the Box Corporate Office

If you’re ever in San Diego and curious, Jack in the Box’s corporate headquarters is located right in the heart of the city.

  1. I was double billed yesterday. The web site said my bank wouldn’t approve the sale. So my wife put in an order on her phone. I was billed for both purchases. One for $12,42 and the other for. My wife didn’t have enough credits for free curled fries.
    My check number is.

  2. Yesterday we went to the Jack n the Box located in Hemet, CA. We ordered a combo Bonus Jack. The hamburger bun looked like a junior burger. The hamburger paddy was about as small as chocolate chip cookie. With 2 pickles, 4 chopped onions and ketch up. The fries were not fresh. Appears they had been under the heating lamp for some time. With the order we asked for 2 shakes. I asked about the cherries, I don’t think he understood what I meant. I’ve been coming to Jack n the Box since the 60″s and comparing the preparation of the food of today is not good.

  3. `I HAVE GONE 2 times to the Jack IN THE BOX ON WHEATON WAY in Bremerton wash and the first visit they couldnt fill a simple order that was advertised in the window the second time you can’t HARDLY Read the menu board and i heard the guy say dont cook any more curly fries and it was dinner time why is this Jack in the box even open for if they cant fill the orders

  4. We went to Jack in the box in Couer d Alene, ID on Sat, Sept 27th. My husband ordered combo Bonus Jack. When he saw the burger pictured on the the poster and the tiny burger (smaller than a Happy Meal burger) he told the worker that he was not happy with his burger, the girl said ” ain’t that a fucking shame!!! Then the contact number listed on this corporate site doesn’t work. Done with Jack in the Box!!

  5. Credit card was kept at drive through window with receipt and we were told to go wait out front Why did they have to have my credit card Were they afraid we would leave without the food This is not the type of actions that will keep us coming back It has been about two years since the last instance green hamburger buns that we were told the toaster was broken so they had to do them on the grill I turned them green You have had a Jack in the Box in Benson AZ before and it left Now you’re back I would like to see you be able to stay but the people here are 80 per cent in poverty and justice certain people have extra money to buy Your product.

  6. i ordered thru doordash and your restaurant got order wrong
doordash i ordered 2 tacos and jr jumbo jack what i got was a drink large fries 2 tacos and cluck sandwich
the cluck sandwich was not satisfactory and doordash or the restaurant got order all wrong and mixed up

  7. I visited the store at 4200 Kingshighway, St Louis, MO, they asked me to pull in front and wait. Their posts outside are black. My mirror is also black. I couldn’t see the post until too late. I now have a dent in my door. I notified the person who brought my food out. Why are they not painted yellow? It turns out it was a very expensive hamburger!
I will noy be visiting Jack in the Box again.

  8. Store #0691 ordered Chicken teriyaki bowl Combo. $10.89.+ tax
They told me it was $11.79 which was over a dollar tax so i questioned it. They charged me 20 cents extra for my drink because i asked for alot of ice??
This location gets really upset if you question them about what they are charging you for. I was refused service here one morning because i questioned the special price for something and the manager that was there refused to give me my order or a refund. The girl today looked at it and handed me 2 dimes. ??Check # 1160 at 1227PM on 11-20-2025. I love Jack and dont want to stop visiting this store but someone needs to do some checking and see what they are doing with these extra 20 cents and extra for specials they wont honor.

  9. I just had an idea why wouldn’t any hamburger franchise make a burger that’s 1/2 beef and 1/2 filler or vegetarian and soak it in beef broth don’t hide it and call it a cheap burger and charge 1/2 price . That would be a great way to get family’s back in.

  10. Dear Jack. There is a closed and for sale old Taco Myo at the Shawnee Mall next to the ATT corpolrate office that needs to be bought and turned into a Jack in the box. The closest Jack in the box is over 40 Miles away. Please consider doing this. All of the resturants in the area are always busy any day of the week. Money to be made for sure. Please consider it.
