I placed an order at the Wendy’s on Orange Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia today, August 30, 2025. I ordered the biggie bag but asked for the hamburger to be plain with nothing on it. When I arrived at the Window, I checked, and the hamburger had bacon and cheese on it. I held the burger up and she immediately said “What do you want”? in a very hateful tone. I told her politely that the hamburger was not plain as I had ordered. She started arguing with me that it was plain and was very angry. It had cheese and bacon on it. To me that is not a plain hamburger. When I ordered I specifically Stated that I wanted it plain with nothing on it. She slammed the window on me and fixed a plain one. When she opened the window, she thru it at me and slammed the window shut. I have never been treated this way at any drive thru ever. I treated her with respect and expect the same in return. This Wendy’s has a 3 star rating and I now can see why. They have just lost a repeated customer.
